LTC Design Group was established in 1984 as a multi-discipline firm specializing in architectural design and urban planning, responding to a growing international market and its increasingly complex and social environments. For the past 36 years, LTC Design Group has worked on a wide selection of projects ranging in different types of scales. The firm’s projects include urban design, land-use planning, office and hotel buildings, retail, recreational complexes and mixed-use projects, educational facilities and campus planning, as well as single family residences and multi-family communities. LTC Design Group has also consulted on several super high-rise complexes, mixed-use, and large-scale recreational projects.

LTC Design Group has always worked closely with its clients, other project teams, and local communities, with the understanding that collaboration and communication are essential to creating successful projects and endeavors.

PRINCIPAL
Ling S. Chen 陳陵聲 is the principal and founder of LTC Design Group. After studying architecture at Tunghai University in Taiwan, he earned a Masters of Architecture Degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a student in the prestigious Louis Kahn Studio. He also has a Masters Degree in Urban Design and City Planning from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
